WHAT DOES THE BIBLE SAY ABOUT APE MEN?
WHERE DID MAN COME FROM?

Many scientists today agree that this world had to be designed and that matter has never given rise to information systems (the basis for the evolutionary process). There are changes within a kind because the information was already there. For instance, God made a rabbit and He placed the information system into the rabbit to make all different KINDS of rabbits: color, size, etc. But a rabbit has always reproduced rabbits. A rabbit has never changed into a chicken, cow, or duck because they all come from a farm. One KIND changing to another has never been observed. We (people) all go back to one man and one woman. Adam and Eve, the animals, and everything we see in the world had all the information systems to make changes within its kind. Each aspect of everything has derived from one that had all the information to make slight variations within itself. Variations can change from generation to generation (light, medium, and dark skin in people; in animals - long and short hair, light, medium, and dark fur colors, etc.), but none of these examples have ever gained information and changed to a different kind. We (people) are a product of Adam. In scientific terms this is known as "observed genetic variation"- minor changes in size, shape, or color within a kind. This is testable and observable science. Anyone can look at their family tree and know this is true. We also know that microbes to manatees or monkeys to mankind has never been observed. Scientists have proven that at the molecular level matter has never given rise to information systems. The amount of information within any one cell is so great, (more complex than the space shuttle) yet each one continues to be part of the reproductive system within its kind (a copy of a copy) over, and over, and over. This could only be assembled and reproduced by Intelligent design. The next time you walk into a grocery store take a look around and ask yourself, "Did the structural integrity of the building, the organization within, bakery dept. produce dept. check-out lines etc. all happen by chance?" Or did it take intelligent design? Take a good look at any of God's creation and see for yourself Who is the Author and Who put together the intricate information systems that make you, me, and all life around us. Molecules to man is not a proven fact; it has only been twisted by someone's theory and put into public school textbooks solely to discredit the Bible by someone who has turned their back on God. Louis Pasteur (a great scientist and good, godly man) proved that life only comes from life. "And the LORD God formed man of the dust of the ground, and breathed into his nostrils the breath of life; and man became a living soul." (Genesis 2:7) "And the Lord God caused a deep sleep to fall upon Adam, and he slept: and he took one of his ribs, and closed up the flesh instead thereof: And the rib, which the Lord had taken from man, made he women, and brought her unto the man ." (Genesis 2:21-22)

CHIMP GENES 83% NON-HUMAN, according to The International Chimpanzee Chromosome 22 Consortium's report in Nature vol. 429, p382, and Nature Science Update, 27 May 2004. The consortium carried out a detailed study of one chimpanzee chromosome, number 22, and compared it with the equivalent human chromosome, number 21. (The reason for comparing chimp chromosome 22 with human chromosome 21 is that chimps have 48 chromosomes and humans have 46, so equivalent gene sequences are not on the same chromosome.) In the regions that had the same genes as humans they found 1.44 percent single-base 'substitutions', i.e. different DNA letters. This was in line with claims that chimps are 98.5 percent the same as humans. But to complicate matters, there were also 68,000 "insertions and deletions", i.e. regions where there were extra pieces or missing pieces, when compared with the human chromosome. According to Consortium scientists, "These differences are sufficient to generate changes in most of the proteins. Indeed, 83 percent of the 231 coding sequences, including important genes for brain function, show differences at the amino acid level." (This means proteins made from these genes would be different in structure and function.) As this chromosome makes up only one percent of the total genome, there could be thousands of genes that are significantly different from humans. The team also looked at how active the genes were, and found that 20% of the genes were very different in their pattern of activity. ED. COM. The chimp genome has been much anticipated by scientific news services, but they don't seem to be too pleased about these findings. It was not reported in BBC News Online. ScienceNOW (www.sciencemag.science . ) had only the following small paragraph: "Head scratcher. The DNA sequence of chimpanzee chromosome 22, reported in the 27 May issue of Nature, may overturn the common assumption that only slight genetic differences separate us from our closest primate relatives. The researchers say 83% of 231 genes on the chimp chromosome would produce different amino acid sequences than their human counterparts (on our chromosome 21)." This is the first study that actually compares specific genes and gene activity. Therefore, it gives a truer picture of differences between the chimp and human genomes. Creation Research predicts that as more chimp gene studies are done, even more differences will be found, especially when scientists understand how genes are activated and interact with one another. The basis of this prediction - only humans were made in the image of God. (Ref. Chimpanzee, chromosome, genes)

Despite all the controversy regarding mutations, there's only one fact you need to know. Mutations are a disruption where the information is misplaced or lost. And the fact remains: there isn't any gain in information - which is the opposite of what the evolution theory needs to justify itself. A mutation can be summed up as repeated information, organ, toe, ear, or the loss of information, where someone has been born without a certain body part or organ. This can happen to anyone. The only difference is that information was misplaced within a kind or didn't make it into the gene pool to start with and a loss occurred. Remember: we are a copy, of a copy, of a copy...etc. In many instances since sin has entered the world and the downhill changes since the flood, a lot of information has been corrupted or mutated. You might skip a generation and see things improving within a kind, but that's only because there was more good information and the bad information was recessive. You can't expect multiple copies to be flawless compared to the original it was made from. We are only able to reproduce ourselves from the existing information and possible mutations within our genes and then try to protect ourselves from the effects of the fallen world.

This is a powerful passage from the New Testament that tells a person as much as they need to know about our magnificent Creator. He has told us that He is the Light since the day He spoke our world into existence until the hour when it all will pass away. This light has been the illumination throughout the first days of creation and has followed His presence to Heaven to shine forever and ever.
